– Planning actions and objectives that support meeting DALCO requirements

– Establishing methods to assess the level of satisfaction and universal accessibility needs of our clients and users with regard to the goods and services we provide

To effectively implement this policy, the ÀNECBLAU Shopping Centre, through the company LE RETAIL ANEC BLAU, S.L.U., has implemented a universal accessibility management system in accordance with UNE 170001-2, which is continuously improved.

This policy will be communicated to all employees, as well as to subcontracted organisations or individuals and any parties collaborating with the Shopping Centre.

The assumption of this policy and the responsibility for its implementation is an essential requirement to fulfil our mission and achieve the intended objectives.
