\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDuring 2025, \u00c0NECBLAU Shopping Center renewed an Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and maintained an Energy Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 50001 standard. These systems were evaluated by an accredited entity in July 2025.\n\nFor the 2025 financial year, the environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency objectives are oriented towards environmental excellence, the protection of health and safety conditions, and sustainability as fundamental values of corporate strategy, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization regarding people, the services provided, and the surrounding environment.\n\nBelow are the environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency objectives defined for 2025 and the results obtained:\n

PEOPLE-ORIENTED OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n

HEALTH AND SAFETY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 1: Increase the level of safety in the Shopping Center, in order to achieve the elimination of risks in jobs identified as unsafe, which may not be carried out for this reason.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: No. of Corrected Risks \/ Total No. of Identified Risks > 60%\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: 5 risks have been identified and the necessary corrective actions have been carried out to resolve 3 and partially 1 of them.\n
    \n\t
  • Repainting of pedestrian crossings and horizontal traffic signs in the parking lot.<\/li>\n\t
  • Painting of pedestrian walkways in the loading dock.<\/li>\n\t
  • Repairs to the underground parking lot pavement.<\/li>\n\t
  • Specific interventions on irregular pavement at the loading and unloading dock exits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    RISKS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 2: Carry out measures to improve accessible evacuation conditions in the building<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: Monitoring of the Accessibility Improvement Plan and Universal Accessibility Certification in accordance with the UNE 170001-2:2007 standard, including accessible evacuation.\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: the measures planned in the Accessibility Improvement Plan and defined in the project have been implemented, as well as the planning of subsequent actions for 2026, which will include the installation of handrails on the interior ramps of the shopping gallery. The Accessibility management system was evaluated by an accredited entity in September 2025.\n

    SERVICES-ORIENTED OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n

    SUSTAINABILITY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 3: Establish measures to improve environmental sustainability.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: Implementation of measures to improve the level of sustainability and building management ≥ 1\nObjective achieved<\/strong>:\n
      \n\t
    • Installation of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption in June 2025.<\/li>\n\t
    • Monitoring of the procedure for the implementation of electric vehicle charging points in the parking lot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      INNOVATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 4: Carry out continuous improvement of the services provided.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: implementation of Identified Improvement Opportunities ≥ 2\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: A total of 4 improvement opportunities have been implemented and 2 of them partially.\n
        \n\t
      • Painting of pedestrian walkways in the loading dock.<\/li>\n\t
      • Installation of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption.<\/li>\n\t
      • Adaptation of sensors for the parking lot guidance system.<\/li>\n\t
      • Installation of scooter racks for cleaning staff in the loading dock.<\/li>\n\t
      • Replacement of light fixtures with LED technology in common areas, the change process continues in 2026.<\/li>\n\t
      • Improvement of the fencing for materials and waste in the loading dock, in a process of continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        ENVIRONMENT-ORIENTED OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n

        CULTURE<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 5: Promote the development of environmental awareness actions aimed at employees, customers, and users of the Shopping Center<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: environmental marketing actions carried out ≥ 2\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: 6 awareness actions and social media posts have been carried out regarding the availability of Humana bins for used clothing collection, a Reciclos machine for plastic packaging collection, a new coffee capsule recycling point, lights-out campaign and social media publications for Earth Hour on March 22, and World Environment Day on June 5. Creation and distribution of environmental awareness flyers available at the customer service desk (PAC) and points distributed throughout the shopping gallery.\n

        ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 6: Reduce and\/or control environmental aspects evaluated as significant and promote the efficient use of resources<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: Control of atmospheric emissions due to refrigerant gas leaks and waste transport activity to take reduction measures. Office Paper Consumption < 2% compared to Year 2024\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: Refrigerant leaks are recorded, as well as emissions produced by waste management transport on a quarterly basis. Office paper consumption 2025 -13.03% < 2% compared to 2024.\n

        \nIndicator<\/span>: Reduce Electricity Consumption < 4% compared to Year 2019 (Master Plan Baseline 2021-2026)\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: In the period January-December 2025, electricity consumption decreased by 20.28% compared to 2019.\n

        \nIndicator<\/span>: Reduce water consumption by 1% compared to Year 2019 (Master Plan Baseline 2021-2026)\nObjective not achieved due to external reasons<\/strong>: Increase in general consumption (+42.86%) and due to footfall (+15.78%), due to leaks in the fire protection water tank, as well as scheduled emptying for improvement works on fire hydrant and sprinkler piping. Irrigation water consumption has been reduced in 2025 (745.81 m3) compared to 2022 (2,442 m3). 2022 has been taken as a comparable year, as outdoor landscaped areas increased after the 2019-2020 renovation, and taking into account that in 2022 there were no drought restrictions. Irrigation water savings 2025 vs 2022 of -69.46%. Works to waterproof the water tank are planned for January 2026.\n

        ENERGY EFFICIENCY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\nObjective 7: Improve energy performance in 2024-2025 in the lighting USE by reducing the 2023 energy baselines by 1%.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: reduction of lighting energy consumption by 1% compared to the 2023 energy baseline.\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: In the period January-December 2025, lighting energy consumption decreased by 6.26%.\n

        \nObjective 8: Improve energy performance in 2024-2025 in the HVAC USE by reducing the 2023 energy baselines by 0.5%.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: reduction of HVAC energy consumption by 0.5% compared to the 2023 energy baseline.\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: In the period January-December 2025, HVAC energy consumption was reduced by 27.27% compared to the 2023 energy baseline.\n

        \nObjective 9: Improve energy performance in 2024-2025 in the power USE by reducing the 2023 energy baselines by 0.5%.<\/span>\nIndicator<\/span>: reduction of power energy consumption by 0.5% compared to the 2023 energy baseline.\nObjective achieved<\/strong>: In the period January-December 2025, power energy consumption decreased by 6.88% compared to the 2023 energy baseline.\n
