\u00c0NECBLAU Shopping Centre, as part of its social responsibility and with the aim of guaranteeing equal opportunities for all its users, has made the strategic decision to adopt the necessary measures to ensure universal accessibility to the services in its environment.<\/p>

To this end, it is committed to:<\/p>

– Complying with all applicable legislation<\/p>

– Proactively identifying the needs of clients and users in relation to compliance with the DALCO criteria<\/p>

– Planning actions and objectives that support meeting DALCO requirements<\/p>

– Ensuring personal assistance and support to users<\/p>

– Employing innovative technologies<\/p>

– Raising special awareness on accessibility among employees and other stakeholders in the value chain of the organisation<\/p>

– Establishing methods to assess the level of satisfaction and universal accessibility needs of our clients and users with regard to the goods and services we provide<\/p>

– Providing the necessary resources to ensure the above commitments<\/p>

To effectively implement this policy, the \u00c0NECBLAU Shopping Centre, through the company LE RETAIL ANEC BLAU, S.L.U., has implemented a universal accessibility management system in accordance with UNE 170001-2, which is continuously improved.<\/p>

This policy will be communicated to all employees, as well as to subcontracted organisations or individuals and any parties collaborating with the Shopping Centre.<\/p>

The assumption of this policy and the responsibility for its implementation is an essential requirement to fulfil our mission and achieve the intended objectives.<\/p>

Furthermore, the accessibility policy will be available to all interested parties of our organisation and will be publicly accessible for consultation.<\/p>

This policy serves as the framework for establishing and reviewing our universal accessibility objectives.<\/p>
